As a transformational executive with foresight and focus, Jordanna brings over 20 years of dentistry and leadership experience, starting in dental administration and the past 15 years in senior leadership advisory. She has far reaching experience in dentistry, as evidenced by performing turnarounds, policy development, patient experience and developing exceptional high performing teams. She is dedicated to supporting Dr. Jason and Dr. Billy, their vision, and initiatives across the organization.

Jordanna is published in national and international journals, holds certifications in dental reception and dental treatment coordination, and is a Six Sigma Green Belt who is working towards her Black Belt. She has executed the transformation of dozens of practices and has benchmarked over 30 practices on 4 continents. She is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), International Team for Implantology (ITI), American Academy of Dental Office Management (AADOM), Dental Office Management Association of Canada (DOMACAN), and career spanning member of the Ontario Dental Assistant Association (ODAA).

Jordanna will without hesitation identify her daughters as her greatest achievement, however, when asked what her greatest professional achievement is to date, she almost as quickly identifies “my teams!”. “Playing a role in someone’s professional journey is something that I will never take for granted. It is the pleasure of my lifetime to help people, in whatever way I can, strive for excellence in their professional and personal lives.”
